Mentors are volunteer patients who have personal experience with EXTEND FERTILITY. They're not medical professionals, but they can share what their journey was like.

Simply sign up and fill out a short questionnaire. Based on your responses, we'll match you with a mentor who has been through a similar experience and can offer support that feels personal and relevant.

Once you're matched, you'll connect through the secure PatientPartner platform. You can chat privately with your mentor, ask questions at your own pace, and stay connected for as long as you'd like. At this time, communication is available through messaging only.

You can ask about their personal experience with EXTEND FERTILITY, what their treatment journey was like, how they felt when starting, and how they managed day-to-day life. Mentors can't give medical advice, but they can share what helped them, what they wish they knew earlier, and how they made certain decisions. It's a safe space to ask honest questions and hear real stories from someone who's been there.
